How to Drink Uteam Farm Balance Tea
1. Preparation Method
- Use 3-4 small sachets per day.
- Add them to 300ml of rolling boiling water, cover the container and let it steep (simmer) for 20 minutes, then pour it out to drink.
- Repeat this process one to two times.
- You must not use too much water, and you must pour it out to drink (do not leave the bags soaking), otherwise it will have no effect.
2. Daily Water Intake
You must drink more than 1000ml of water every day, otherwise the effect will be poor.
3. Wound Care
For people with diabetes, wounds can be washed with the tea water and then wrapped with the tea leaves to accelerate recovery.
